Since then, we've rapidly evolved, becoming a key player in major events, particularly in the cycling world, catering to elite sport teams and athletes worldwide.
Our growth is rooted in providing professional sport services to enhance athletic performance. We specialise in assembling expert sport recovery to professionals for various sporting events, ensuring athletes are in optimal condition for their next challenges.

We've expanded our services to an international level, organising teams of professionals, including sport massage therapists, physios, and nutritionists. Our mission is to streamline the support system for pro sports teams and elite athletes, allowing them to focus effortlessly on their sport.

When not on the road, our established practice in Cape Town's Tamboers Kloof, alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, and Biokineticist, offers sport massages, lymph drainage, in-body scans, and nutritional guidance.

Lushano, a qualified sports massage practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on experience, has honed the art of understanding and enhancing athletic performance through the power of therapeutic touch. Her expertise extends beyond the massage table, encompassing personal training, athletic coaching, and a profound understanding of nutrition. This multi-faceted skill set positions her as a trusted authority in the field of athlete care.
With a dynamic career spanning over a decade and a half, Lushano has actively participated in a variety of prestigious events, leaving an indelible mark on the global sports stage. Notable appearances include the Cape Epic, Swiss Epic, Tankwa Trek, Imbuko Big Five Mountain Bike Challenge, Desert Dash in Namibia, Karoo Burn, Migration Race in Kenya, Race Tours in Tanzania, Old Mutual Double Century, Under Armour 1 Mile Race, UCI World Cups in Brazil, Nove Mesto, and Albstadt, as well as the 2023 Cycling World Championships in Glasgow. Her diverse involvement also extends to events like the Cricket 6's, Two Oceans Marathon, and Rugby 7's.
