Imbuko Big 5 MTB is one of South Africa’s most demanding single-day mountain bike challenges — a brutal blend of heat, steep climbs, rugged terrain, and world-class competition. Riders push through five iconic climbs that test every ounce of strength, grit, and skill.

This year, we’re supporting riders with dedicated on-site recovery zones designed to help them perform at their best:

• 45-minute post-race sports massages to release tension, reduce muscle fatigue, and speed up recovery.

• Ice bath stations to help manage inflammation, lower muscle soreness, and get riders back to feeling strong.
